The Account Representative is responsible for proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with customers within various industries, and is accountable for the satisfaction, retention and profitability of the assigned customers. Understand ComPsych's services and value proposition to advocate the benefits of our products and services to our customers.

In this role, you will own a book of Jasper's commercial customers, drive renewals, and ensure retention for 30-50 Commercial Accounts. You will work with our Commercial customers to leverage AI in their specific industries and businesses, serving as a customer advocate by building a strategy to manage the engagement and success of our customers. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
